Reviews for we buy ugly houses — Carrollton, TX

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

When we look at your property, the offer depends on what it takes to get the home market-ready. We consider the current condition of your roof, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with any necessary cosmetic updates like flooring or paint. We also factor in local neighborhood trends and the costs involved in holding the property while we renovate. We take the guesswork out of the process, and exact pricing is confirmed free on the call.
